Setting good goals is difficult! In this post I share techniques I use to help me set goals for myself, as well as guide others on their own goal setting endeavours. I've developed these approaches over many years of goal setting for myself and others, evolving it and adopting parts of various techniques for goal setting to create one that works for me - take what you can from me and adopt the parts that resonate with you!

On growth, comparisons and the illusion of control

Many people cite "growth" as a major reason to take a job or work on a new project - but what exactly is this growth? And, should you take the job or complete the project, how do we know we've grown? Here's my take on the matter, and how I currently view my growth and direct more energy toward growing myself and others.
